Very down to earth, kind and welcoming Dr. Office. The staff is wonderful and so is Dr. Elrod. You get in and out in a decent amount of time and they treat you well.
This dentist is so rude!! Very horrible experience!! The staff was really nice but he was horrible very rude when I asked some questions before he pulled my tooth. I still felt some pain when he began and when i grabbed the handle of the chair he told me to let go of it before i broke it. Equipment was very old and office was nasty please if you have other options go somewhere else!
He and his staff was great. Told me everything I needed to know about what was going on. He was rough but nothing a person can't handle. Plus it helped when he talks to you when he's working. And his assistant and the woman on front desk was so Friendly and sweet.
I had a great experience here. Doctor Elrod was very nice and so was his staff. I had a cavity filled quickly and at a reasonable price. They treated their patients like family.
