But more than that, their service is impeccable. They are available ALL the time. They answer the phone (no computer answering system). The technician calls you back promptly after the initial contact. They come when they tell you they'll come. They call and update you if their schedule is changing. They are friendly and courteous. The technician even puts removable covers on his shoes when he comes into the house , to keep from tracking in dirt! Amazing.
This company is by far the best overall HVAC that is in East Tennessee. They are honest people from owner to installation guys who come to your home and work on unit or even installing new one. They even came out on Labor day to install a fan for my fathers unit so he would not be without AC on such a hot day. You will not go wrong with using this company.

I've used their services twice now to recuperate an old AC unit that is showing its age. In both cases, the problem was properly diagnosed and the work the technician did correctly fixed the problems.
Great people who do great work! I had an air duct cleaning done to my place yday and boy did it need it. My place is now cleaner and I feel much better. Both these men showed up on time, got their job done quickly and without any problems. I would highly recommend this great team to anyone with any HVAC and or air duct issues!
I was so satisfied with the service and advice given to me. They explained what was wrong with my unit and gave me several different solutions to choose from. They didn't try to get me to choose the most expensive fix or pressure me in any way. When I had trouble paying the bill because my house caught fire and my purse stolen they waived the balance because I needed the money more. They will have my business any time I have a problem and I highly, highly recommend them!

This company is professional and friendly, but most important, honest. You will not be disappointed! Beside the fact that they installed our heat and air unit with our complete satisfaction, I want to talk about their installation of the Clean Air Defense System in our home. As expected they did a great job. I have a sister that is a stickler, to say the least, on researching and choosing the best product. She found a high end unit to clean the air and it cost 1/2 the price of the system we bought from Climatize BUT it only cleaned 1 room! Their system cleans the WHOLE house! Plus it zaps the germs, etc. I immediately realized I could no longer smell the hubbys cigarette smoke coming up from the vents and back in the house. I bought a regular filter one time and boy was I sorry! I had to clean the area around the filter much more also! Highly recommended company in all respects! I'm so thankful that we found a trustworthy company ... what a relief!
